How do I install 3cPlatform?
You don't. 3cPlatform is a software-as-service and operates on 3cStudios servers. 3cPlatform public connections are custom fit for any subscriber who wishes our software to manage parts of their websites.
Do subscribers have to have their own websites?
No. Many 3cPlatform modules are all-inclusive and manage tasks and information not meant for public viewing.
Can I pick and choose which modules I wish to subscribe to or do I have to choose a package?
Absolutely. While modules can be grouped in presorted collections, subscribers always have choice of what they're subscribing.
Can I turn off modules I'm not using?
Yes.
If I cancel my subscription, what happens to my data?
Subscriber data is automatically archived. Copies of subscriber data are given to those authorized by request.
Is there a minimum time I have to subscribe?
A standard 3cPlatform subscription is 12 months and cost saving subscriptions are available for 24 months.
If I already have a web host for my site, do I have to switch to 3cStudios hosting?
3cStudios hosting is preferrable as we have 100% control of the servers, allowing comprehensive support and unlimited customizations.
